This Microwave Peda is prepared using condensed milk, milk powder, and butter. It is so simple to prepare. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in micro high for 3 minutes. stir very well every minute. Let it cool. Make the desired shape and decorate with pista, badam or cashews.
With the same ingredients, you can also make it on stove top. Mix all the ingredients heat a non-stick Kadai, set to medium flame and stir continuously till it gathers as a mass. Let it cool and make into the desired shape. It takes 10-12 minutes to prepare on the stove top.
