This Fied Gram Ladoo is made with just 2 ingredients – fried gram, jaggery. When you are craving for sweet, you can make this in few minutes and relish. My daughter is at home enjoying her vacation. She always wanted to munch something or the other. So made this on her request. The only thing that should be taken care while making this ladoo is the consistency of the jaggery syrup. Make sure it turns to the ball consistency or else you will not be able to make ladoos. Once done cool it completely and this can be stored in an air tight container for a month. We used to make this ladoo for almost all festivals and marriages. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
