The Same batter is used to make dosa, uthappam, paniyaram etc. With the same batter, you get soft spongy idlis as well as crispy dosas. Whenever we visit restaurants we used to order either this masala dosa or masala rava dosa. I am very happy to share you this recipe as we can prepare this at home with the same taste as a restaurant served dosa. This Masala Dosa can be accompanied with Tiffin Sambar, Coconut Chutney, Onion Tomato Chutney, and Mint Chutney. The Same masala can be used for poori. For, poori masala should be in gravy consistency, whereas for dosa it should be in thick consistency. Now let us see how to prepare this Dosa.
