Mint Chutney / Pudina Chutney is one of the most flavorful and delicious chutney prepared for idli and dosa. While preparing this chutney whole house is spread with the aroma of mint. This goes well with roti too.
There are so many versions of making this mint chutney. It can be prepared with or without coconut. Also, it can be prepared with or without onion and tomato. This is my first recipe for chutney. Soon will be posting all the methods. Here I am using both onion and tomato as well coconut too. This is our regular chutney which is frequently made for idli and dosa. When this chutney is made, you don’t have to make separate sambar. You can also have this chutney along with snacks like Masala Vada, Baked Vegetable Samosa and much more. Now let us see how to prepare this chutney.
