Boil the milk and cool it to room temperature. Then keep it refrigerated before using it in the rose milk. Make a rose syrup using sugar, water, food color and rose essence. Let it cool completely and you can store this rose syrup in the fridge for a month. For a cup of milk add 2-3 tbsp of rose syrup or as needed and mix thoroughly. Serve with ice cubes and relish.
